Pinotech Sdn Bhd was established in 2002, with a team of trained and dedicated staff, we are appointed the sole distributor in Malaysia for   pulse heat machines & TRI MDA tester.

We are proud to be the pioneer in Malaysia to provide one stop solution in ACF bonding. 'Hot Bar' reflow soldering, FFC soldering, Heat sealing and COG bonding process, which includes -
